Health is very important to all of us because health is wealth

He who has health have everything  

WE should not eat unhealthy food like chips, noodles, chocolates,candies,fizzy drinks.

Instead of we can eat fruits , vegetables, grains , oats , dairy products because they make us healthy 

we should adopt the healthy lifestyle to live healthier......
