 DEHYDRATION IN SUMMERS It is the lack of total body water with metabolic processes. Our bodies are mainly consist of 60% water, so water is lifeblood CAUSES; vomiting/diarrhea drugs that increase urine excretion excessive sweating decreased water intake  heat EFFECTS ON BODY; It upsets the balance of minerals (salt, sugar) in our body. Severe dehydration can cause serious problem.
